It could make a good meditation tool, and provides a lot of information in a short space.
I originally got this from our local library, and was so impressed, I had to have a copy for my own.

"Anger Antidotes How Not to Lose Your S#&!" sounds like a book about how to control your own anger. It is however much more about dealing with people who are angry.
First, Ian Brennan speaks to the person dealing with an angry person and advises them not to cause the situation to escalate. He gives lots of good advice like how you can stop an argument because it is impossible to argue with someone who is agreeing with you. He further enlightens the reader by explaining how most people are starved for compassion and gives some secrets to effective communication.

I found this book had many "aha" moments and some of it was actually funny. I'd recommend this book to people who deal with angry individuals on a consistent basis. Some of the information in this book will make your life easier.

For anyone dealing with any emotional trauma--not just anger--this is an incredible, compact resource about the psychology behind human emotions.
Fantastic book! Addressed a lot of issues I had.
I listened to an interview with the author and really liked it. I thought this would be a great book. However, even thought he interview was great and the author was interesting, the book is too intellectual. The writing is awkward and has a "stepped back" quality to what seems like it could have been a practical tool to share with kids. Also, there are black pages with white ink as part of the set up and a few of these didn't print well and the text is unreadable.
This isn't just a simple "how to book" .It goes to great depths of the human condition. Who isn't angry ? It's a great book for everyone for self examination almost on a spiritual level.
